Lisa Neves is a Senior Associate Lawyer at JBA Advogados since 2026 and works mainly in Corporate, Commercial and M&A, Employment and Finance, with a particular focus on Angola.
Lisa has been particularly active in Corporate and Commercial Law, Employment Law and Finance, advising national and international clients on matters relating to their activity in Angola.
She has particular experience in matters involving the incorporation, reorganisation and restructuring of commercial companies, as well as corporate and M&A transactions.
She has also advised on commercial and industrial licensing, trademark registration and employment litigation proceedings.
Lisa also has experience advising on banking and finance matters, namely financing agreements and related security arrangements, as well as on cross-border matters involving Angola and Mozambique.
